Austin and I met while he was on vacation in 2016. He has a journal entry from the night we met along the lines of "How does it feel to have met your future wife on Tinder haha." We had one hell of a first date, so much so that Austin moved to the Keys 7 months later.  

 

One of the things we bonded over was our mutual love of photography. When he moved down we hit the ground running and started Folland together and never looked back. In 2019 we got engaged on a surprise trip to the Turks and Caicos along with adopting our precious pup, Kamala, while we were there.

A few short months later, we eloped in the Olympic National Park. Literally the furthest NW you can be in the contiguous United States from the Keys. We spent the week with our parents celebrating this exciting new chapter. The PNW will always hold such a special place in our hearts.

 

Fast forward to 2021, we bought our first home together and spent the next two years doing a complete renovation (not for the faint of heart). We love our little slice of paradise and are so thankful we get to share it with our son. We welcomed Silas in Dec 2023, he is the greatest gift.
